Working Principle of conveyor belt:
The material passing through the belt conveyer will be detected the weight by weighing scales to determine the weight of material on the Belt; the Digital Speed Sensor which mounted on the tail of conveyer  will measure feeder speed continuously, the speed sensor pulse output proportional to the speed of feeder; the signal of the speed and the weight will be sent to feeder controller , the microprocessor in the controller will deal with the signal, produce and display the cumulative / instantaneous flow. The flow compared with the settings flow, the control instrument output signal to control the belt conveyer in order to achieve quantitative feeding requirements.

Belt Conveyor is mainly made of rack, transmission belt, belt roller, tensioning devices, drives, and other components.the body is supplied by the use of high-quality steel plate connecting the level of difference before and after the formation of outrigger rack, a certain angle tilted plane. Rack is equipped with a belt roller, roller, used to stimulate and support conveyor belt.thereare twodrive ways that are slowdown in motor drives and electric drum-driven .

The belt conveyor can be used to transfer bulk materials or materials in pieces. According to different transferring requirements, the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors, or combined with other transferring equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring requirements.
