The mainframe is drived by the speed reducer through the central axis in the grinding mill, The upper of axis is joining with the plum flower trellis ,there is a roll installment on the frame which can form the swing pivot, the mill device is not rotating around the central axle,but also around mill ring.there is a shovel system under the plum flower trellis,which its position is under the roll lower. The shovel and the roll throw the material into th e space between the rob and roll in the process of revoloving at the same time. then the filler is formed.the filler grind the material because of the effect of outward centrifugal force from roll revoling to satisfy the purpose of making powder.the powder id collected after the air current and the powder are separated.

Its function is to isolate the outside barotropic gas and the collector negative pressure gas,or it will have a serious influence on the whole output.
