Working Principle Of Vibratory Feeder:
GZD Vibrating Feeder Composed by the feeding trough, exciter, spring support, transmission gear, etc. the source of the vibration of the feeding trough is the exciter, which composed by two eccentric shafts (driving and passive) and the gear. The motor drive the driving shaft by V-belt, the gear in the driving shaft meshing the passive shaft, driving shaft and passive shaft reverse rotation at the same time, which make the feed trough vibrating , so that make a continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

Vibrate feeding engine's maintenance and requests:
1. You should to inspect the oscillation amplitude ,vibrating motor's electric current and the electrical machinery surface temperature frequently in the operation process, request the oscillation amplitude aroud is even, does not vacillate, the vibrating motor electric current is stable, if you find unusual circumstance, you should prompt engine off.
2. The electrical machinery bearing's lubrication is the key to the normal work of the feeding machine。You should relenish bearing lubricant in order in the use process, have replenishment regularly one time every two month, the high temperature season have to add one time every month, take apart of the electrical machinery and replaces the internal bearing every half year.
