(A) Preparations before starting
1. Check whether someone was in the dangerous site
2. Check whether the lubrication oil is appropriate
3.Check whether the fill of the ball reaches to the requirements.
4.When the liner bolts of ball mill is loose,please tighten them.
5. We should secure the cover is reliable and stable.
6.After he first start,we should confirm there was no abnormal phenomenon.Then we must add some lubrication and start the ball mill.
7.We should get in touch with the staff, after getting the signal,we can be allowed to start the ball mill.
(B) starting order of the ball mill
1.Start the output device of powder
2.Start the ball mill 3. starting the feeder
(C) the order of the ball mill
1.Stop operating the feeding machine
2.Stop the ball mill3.The conveyor continues to operate when the material is discharged,then you can park the machine.
